Privacy
What this website collects, and what happens to metadata sent for a measurement.
Controller
Mustafa Aksu, trading as Aksu Software (sole proprietorship). Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. E-mail: hello@agentblastradius.com. No data protection officer is appointed, as the thresholds requiring one under Art. 37 GDPR are not met at this scale.
What this website collects
Nothing of its own. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising network, no cookie set by this site, and no form. The pages are static and carry no third-party scripts. Your theme preference, if you change it, is stored in your own browser and never transmitted.
Hosting
The hosting provider is Vercel Inc., United States, which serves these pages from its global edge network. It processes technically necessary data when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referrer and the user agent. The purpose is delivering the page, operational security and abuse prevention; the legal basis for visitors in the EU/EEA is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service. Logs are not analysed on a personal level. The retention period is set by the provider under its own policy: the operator does not configure it, does not extend it, does not retrieve the logs and keeps no separate copy. A specific figure is therefore not stated here, because the operator is not the party that determines it.
If you write to us
An e-mail contains at least your address and whatever you put in it. It is processed to answer you, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns a possible engagement and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise. Correspondence is kept as long as the matter is live and deleted on request, except where a retention obligation applies.
Running the analyzer — what does NOT reach us
The analyzer is downloaded and run on your own machine, against your own authenticated Salesforce session. It reads metadata — the agent’s configuration, the Apex classes and Flows its actions actually invoke, the permission structure, and the data-classification labels your administrators applied — and it reads no record data and never invokes your agent. All of it happens locally. Nothing is transmitted to the provider, because there is nothing to transmit to: no account, no upload, no telemetry, no server. The source is published, so this is verifiable rather than merely promised.
Processors
The only processor engaged for this website is the hosting provider named above, Vercel Inc., established in the United States and operating a global edge network from which a request may be served in any region. Where a provider processes data in the USA, the safeguards are a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR together with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. E-mail correspondence is handled by the provider’s mail service. No further processors are engaged.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies to you, you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your member state. Requests go to the address above and are answered without undue delay.
Transfers and the provider’s location
The provider is established in Nigeria, outside the EU/EEA. Where personal data is transferred to the provider in connection with a measurement, that is a transfer to a third country. It is stated here plainly rather than left to be inferred from the legal notice, and a data processing agreement including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses is offered on request before any metadata is sent.
