What this is
This site documents an open-source analyzer and links to its repository. Nothing is sold and nothing is offered. Reading the site or downloading the software forms no contract with the provider and places you under no obligation.
The report is evidence, not a certificate
A report produced by this tool is evidence for a security review or a data protection impact assessment. It is not a certification, an audit opinion, an attestation, or a statement that an agent is safe. It is worth exactly what the measurement behind it is worth, and the report states its own limits rather than leaving them to be discovered.
What the analyzer does not cover
It resolves what the code behind an agent can reach; it does not observe what your agent did in any conversation. It counts fields, not records. Row counts are reported as an upper bound — “could reach up to N”, never “reaches N”. Restriction and scoping rules that reduce what a user sees are not modelled, so the reported gap is a lower bound rather than an upper one. Managed-package internals and some retrieval surfaces are opaque to it. Reach that could not be resolved is reported as unresolved and is never presented as clean.
No warranty
The analyzer is provided under the MIT licence, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in a report is legal advice or a security clearance, and acting on one remains your decision and your responsibility. Mandatory statutory liability — including for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health — is unaffected by this clause and is not excluded.
Quoting a number this tool produced
The Aksu Index specification defines its own condition of use: a number is quoted with all four quantities — proven, classified, unproven boundaries, unresolved — and quoting the proven number alone while unresolved is greater than zero violates the specification. That is a rule of the definition, not a term of this agreement. It is not enforceable against you; it means only that the number you quoted is not the one the specification defines.
Governing law
The provider’s place of establishment is Abuja, Nigeria, as stated in the legal notice, and the law of that place governs the operation of this site. No choice of law is imposed on a visitor: reading this site forms no contract, so there is nothing between us for such a clause to govern. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of a visitor’s country of residence are unaffected. Use of the software itself is governed by the MIT licence shipped with it.
